Payment is required at the time of checkout. All transactions are processed securely, and your payment information is not stored by Cumback.
  • Pricing: All prices on our website are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier pricing changes, promotions, or other factors. Cumback reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
  • Payment Issues: If your payment method is declined, you will not be able to complete your purchase. Ensure that your payment information is correct before submitting. In cases of chargeback or payment disputes, Cumback reserves the right to suspend your account until the issue is resolved.
  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Cumback is not liable for any delays or charges caused by customs clearance.
  • Fraud Protection: Cumback reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent or that violates our policies. If we suspect fraud, we may request additional verification to process the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier’s processing time. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions. We cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.
  • Discreet Shipping: All orders are shipped discreetly. There is no indication of the product type on the packaging to protect your privacy.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please monitor your package using the provided tracking link.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Cumback will either send a replacement or issue a refund, pending an investigation with the carrier.

5. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

  • Returns: Due to the intimate nature of our products, only unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us to initiate a return, and items must be received in sellable condition. Any used or tampered products are ineligible for return due to health and safety concerns.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
